This site is not a scam I can assure all. I had my doubts as well, but i got my package and it was very discreet. I would say it was fairly quick took maybe 3 or 4 days for a substantial quantity. They also update you along the way I got a email the exact moment it hit my mailbox. the product is also as I expected. I would suggest for someone who lives in sketch areas or have concerns about delivery to arrange for pickup from post office it would be safer and faster I would say.

Customer service sucks. If you have a problem get ready to deal with rude people. I paid for two day shipping had to wait for days and then they cancelled it because I said I was going to get my money back for the shipping. So if you have a problem get ready for sh*try service!

I ordered 4 items for my father who has cancer and the package arrived fully open with only 2 items in it. I tried to contact cbd hemp direct but the phone was never answered. I must say I did get one call back but was in a bad area. A few days later a refund was issued for the missing items

You can email and TEXT WITH QUICK RESPONSES ????I spoke with DEE a Customer service rep who answered all questions quickly and helped me get a refund on next day air because I ordered a little late any other company would have made me take the loss this is the best cbd. Company do not waste your time or go anywhere else these are the Gods of CBD and today DEE was My angel ???? order now stop wasting time

I finally received my bubba kush cbd. USPS has been very slow. I am extremely happy with the quality. I ordered the smaller buds and they were as advertised small, stinky and hard as a rock. They smoke great, smooth lots of flavour and the bag weighed heavy. There were some stems but I have never seen a bud grow on anything else. My relationship with this company did not start out great but in the end everything worked out and I hope to continue to do business with cbd hemp direct in the future. Great CBS at an honest price. I hope more companies follow their lead.

I WOULD GIVE THIS WEBSITE 0 STARS IF IT HAD IT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIDN'T EVEN GET THE PACKAGE I ORDER DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM

Ordered product that was due 2 days ago. Contacted customer service who said go ask the post office. Don't bother ordering from them. They decide who to use to ship but don't take responsibility. Horrible customer service

I placed my order in the beginning of February and still have not received it I checked with ups and they do in fact have my package and it has been delayed the delay is not CBD hemp direct fault but when I contacted them about it I was not pleased with their response they need to work on their customer service I have not yet received the product but I hope it is what they say it is when I get it I will leave another review at that point

I wish there was a way I couldn't even give them a star I placed an order with them on February 9th they took the money out of my bank account I never received my order I reached out to them they told me I needed to reach out to my post office or the postman who delivers my mail and I did that multiple times the post office is saying they didn't even have the package so I reached back out to this company and they started becoming rude and unprofessional and their messages telling me that I needed to take my frustration out on the post office and that there is nothing they can do about it they won't refund my money they won't send out a replacement for the order that I never got so I will never and I mean never order from this site again and I will tell everybody that I know that buys this type of stuff to never go to this site again. Again I wish didn't even have to give me one star because in my opinion they don't deserve it. It would have been fine if they would have reached out and tried to find out what happened to my order but they didn't and then like I said they became very rude and unprofessional with thr email correspondence they with me to me this is very bad company very bad staff and again they walked away with my money and I ended up with nothing and then they turned around a blamed me for the problem.
